Ricoh Sales Conference, Ricoh Arena

The brief was to deliver a high impact conference that kept all 800 delegates engaged and captivated from start to finish. Using convention halls 3 & 5 at Ricoh arena the main feature was the stage set that was designed with sharp angles to bring a contemporary feel and two large projection screens so the delegates were focussed. Using intelligent lighting the set effortlessly changed from colour to colour working perfectly for the many themes throughout the day.

We booked Diversity to open the event, working to their technical rider we installed a large stage for the dance group to utilise. Their high impact performance was powerful and set the tone for a great event. We worked for 6 weeks prior to the event with the client to produce screen content including graphics, videos and even a gameshow! The screen content was fluid throughout and complemented the presenters styles ensuring their best presentation was delivered.

Once the business part of the day finished the fun really started, the destination for the following years incentive was announced – China. Cue two Chinese dragons dancing onto stage, whist they performed Chinese beer was handed to all the guests and the dragons then led the way downstairs to the Casino.

We booked The Bar Wizards to perform in the bar area, they are cocktail shaking masters and served drinks effortlessly whilst keeping the guests entertained, we also set up a Karaoke area which was a treat for those who wanted to get a little more involved.
