Pete is the heart of ICS, he has nurtured and grown the company from the very beginning and he lives and breathes events. When heʼs not on the phone or calling a show youʼll find him in La Manga, Spain enjoying the local food, wine and glorious sunshine with his wife Sheila.

Working with clients is Katieʼs key role, understanding their brief and relaying that to the team is a huge part of her day to day job. She loves the buzz of an event and seeing guests faces when they walk into the space for the first time. Away from work Katie loves to spend time with her husband and two children in their caravan visiting the beautiful British countryside. She also runs the Sunday School at her local church and loves meeting new people in the community.

Shaune has many strings to his bow, along with technical support, Shaune is an experienced sound and lighting technician and is an integral part of the team. His passion away from life on the road with ICS is on the road on his motorbike, he loves to go for a spin.

Gaz has a thirst for all things creative and he loves to deliver imaginative designs for our clients. Heading up the media department keeps Gaz’s finger on the pulse, he loves to learn new skills and is always on the lookout for new technology. Away from the office Gaz likes to get creative in the kitchen cooking up a storm for his wife and two boys.

Lee’s background is 19 years in the building trade and he has applied his joinery and build skills to head up the stage set and exhibition team at ICS. He works closely in the design process to ensure the plans are functional and is self-taught in cinema 4D where he creates his masterpieces. Away from the job you can find him with his wife and children enjoying days out and watching the footy supporting his beloved NUFC, occasionally venturing north to cheer on the black and white army.

Our newest member of the crew Zoe brings a fresh outlook to the team. She loves locking herself away in her edit suite and ploughing herself into an edit. Video is her passion but she thrives on learning new skills in all aspects of creative. Molly & Jasper her two dogs keep her busy at home with long walks in the country along with her fiancé Will. They love visiting their favourite places in Scotland and soaking up the scenery whenever they can.

Numbers are her expertise and when our tired brains struggle to calculate Tracey is on hand to step in. Not just good with numbers Tracey is an important part of the team and truly shines when it comes to health, safety and plans for venues always ensuring we’re up to date and in order. With her three children all grown up Tracey enjoys meeting up with her friends and walking her husky Alaska.

Testing 1, 2, 3 are words Dave repeats in his sleep! On the job for 22 years Dave is a perfectionist when it comes to all things audio. He also has a flair for film and photography and it’s rare to see him without a camera in his hand. When he gets away from the hustle and bustle of events he jets off to Benidorm to his second home with his wife to soak up the Spanish sunshine.

Trucks are Dan’s life and it’s all he has ever known, following in the footsteps of his Dad he loves HGVs. Ensuring the load is complete and safe Dan sets off across the country or even across the seas with our equipment in tow and never fails to deliver on time. Life on the road can be demanding so when he’s home he likes nothing more than to unwind with his girlfriend and dog in front of a cosy fire.

We’re extremely proud of the events we have staged over our 30 years in business. We love looking back at these events and it’s amazing to see how technology has progressed over time. It’s also great fun looking at the crew, who have had some very dubious hairstyles over the years! To see some of our more recent events, head over to our Gallery page.

Let’s take a stroll down memory lane…
